Delegate Kelly Schulz (R-4A) has scheduled an informational session for all business owners and citizens with concerns and questions about the requirements and implementation of the 2009 Work Place Fraud Act. Officials from the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR) will be on hand to answer questions about the state’s requirements to satisfy employee and independent contractor status and to answer other questions and concerns from business owners.
